This notice describes how information is handled on the REACWARE website. Last updated: 29 September 2026.

Information you provide

When you submit an enquiry, we store the contact details you enter, your selected products and quantities, and your requirements so that the team can review and follow up on your request. Account and shopping features may also store details that you choose to provide. Please do not send payment card details, passwords or confidential research information in an enquiry.

Cookies and technical records

The website uses functional cookies for features such as sign-in, the shopping cart, selected products, language and currency. Blocking these cookies may prevent those features from working. The server also keeps technical access and error logs, which may include an IP address, request time and requested address, to operate and protect the site.

Website statistics

We count requests by date and page type, and count successful enquiry submissions. This statistics table does not contain visitor identifiers, email addresses, IP addresses or individual browsing histories. It does not use an additional analytics cookie or send statistics to an external analytics provider. Administrative testing may be included in these counts.

Access and storage

Information is stored on the website server hosted by DigitalOcean and may be included in restricted backups, including a local administrative backup. Access is limited to authorised people administering the site or handling enquiries. Payments are processed through PayPal. Checkout information needed to complete a payment is shared with PayPal, which handles payment credentials under its own privacy notice. Account and contact emails are delivered through Alibaba Cloud email services. Order records include the contact, billing and shipping information needed to process and fulfil your order.

Retention and your questions

Enquiry information is kept while needed to handle the request and related records, and should be reviewed when that purpose ends. Backup copies may remain until replaced or removed. To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, contact matthew-zhou@reacware.com. Please identify the enquiry concerned without sending sensitive documents unless requested.
