Wide-Mouth Freeze-Drying Flask for Labconco Fast-Freeze and FreeZone Systems

   The REACWARE Lyophilization Flask is designed for laboratory freeze-drying applications and as a compatible replacement for selected Labconco Fast-Freeze flask systems. Manufactured from heavy-wall borosilicate 3.3 glass, the flask is designed for low-temperature and high-vacuum laboratory applications. Its wide-mouth opening provides convenient access for sample loading, shell freezing, dried-product recovery and cleaning, while the flat-bottom design improves stability during handling. The flask can be supplied separately as a replacement glass vessel or configured as a complete assembly with a laboratory-grade silicone top and compatible vacuum adapter. A wide range of capacities is available for different sample volumes, making the series suitable for research laboratories, universities, pharmaceutical development, biotechnology, food science and other laboratory lyophilization applications.

     Fast-Freeze Flasks attach with adapters to valve ports on Labconco Drying Chambers and Manifolds. They are available in clear or amber-colored glass. A complete Fast-Freeze Flask consists of a rubber top, glass bottom and a supply of filter paper.

     Tops, bottoms and filter paper are available separately as replacement components. Adapters are available in borosilicate glass or stainless steel. Fast-Freeze Flasks and Adapters are compatible with any brand freeze dryer that has 1/2" or 3/4" diameter valve ports.

    Glass flasks withstand maximum temperature of 490º C. Flask toppers withstand a maximum temperature of 450º C.

Borosilicate 3.3 Glass. Manufactured from high-quality borosilicate 3.3 glass for excellent resistance to thermal shock, low-temperature operation and laboratory vacuum conditions.

Wide-Mouth Design. The large opening provides easy access for loading samples, shell freezing, recovering freeze-dried material and cleaning the interior of the vessel.
