     Fast-Freeze Flasks attach with adapters to valve ports on Labconco Drying Chambers and Manifolds. They are available in clear or amber-colored glass. A complete Fast-Freeze Flask consists of a rubber top, glass bottom and a supply of filter paper.

     Tops, bottoms and filter paper are available separately as replacement components. Adapters are available in borosilicate glass or stainless steel. Fast-Freeze Flasks and Adapters are compatible with any brand freeze dryer that has 1/2" or 3/4" diameter valve ports.

    Glass flasks withstand maximum temperature of 490º C. Flask toppers withstand a maximum temperature of 450º C.

The REACWARE VirTis-Compatible Lyophilization Flask is designed for laboratories requiring a reliable replacement vessel for VirTis manifold-type freeze dryers. Manufactured from heavy-wall borosilicate 3.3 glass, the flask provides excellent resistance to thermal shock and is suitable for the vacuum and low-temperature conditions typically encountered during lyophilization. Its wide-mouth construction allows convenient sample loading, shell freezing, cleaning and dried-product recovery. Depending on the selected configuration, the flask can be supplied with a laboratory-grade silicone cover and glass or stainless-steel vacuum adapter for connection to compatible 3/4 in Quickseal manifold systems.
