PRODUCT OVERVIEW
FMD-B builds on the FMD-A layout with an
additional external refrigerated condenser/cold-trap circuit shown on the
configuration drawing. It combines a short-path evaporator, external condenser,
separate temperature-control equipment, collection flasks and vacuum pumping.
CONFIGURATION HIGHLIGHT
The schematic includes a separate −20°C to
room-temperature cooling module for the additional condenser/cold-trap section.
APPLICATIONS
Designed for laboratory separation work
where additional vapor condensation and cold-trap temperature control are
useful. The auxiliary cooling system is shown independently of the main
evaporator thermal-control circuits.
